What we offer

We offer a variety of products and services to a range of education providers in the formal and non-formal education sectors. We have recently updated our offer to schools and this can be found within this section of our website. However, if you are not from a school please contact us to discuss a more personalised (bespoke) input for your educational organisation.

Our new products and services for schools reflect the nature of forthcoming changes to the National Curriculum and education policies in England. It’s important to highlight that they also respond to the latest Ofsted school inspection arrangements, specifically in terms of:

  • providing a broad and balanced curriculum including the promotion of pupil’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural development (SMSC)
  • supporting teachers in using a range of strategies including questioning and discussion techniques to promote learning and further enthuse, engage and motivate pupils
  • improving pupils’ behaviour towards, and respect for, other young people and adults, including freedom from prejudice-based bullying.

In addition, the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the Department for Education are rolling out the new Global Learning Programme for England from September 2012. This is an ambitious initiative that aims to embed a global learning approach into 75% of all schools in England over the next five years.

As a relatively small organisation, we believe that the most strategic and sustainable way of supporting schools -and other education providers- is through capacity building (i.e. training workshops) which can have a ripple effect.

However, we are also aware that schools are looking for innovative and creative activities that can help to raise pupils’ engagement and attainment. This is why we have developed a full new set of activities specifically for pupils at KS1, KS2 and KS3.
